Organization

BOSF consists of one core committee and four teams/categories.

  • Core Committee: This team co-ordinates everything related to BOSF.
  • Education: The members of this team work on Education related activities.
  • Health: The members of this team work on Health related activities.
  • RTI: The members of this team work on RTI related activities.
  • Shelter Homes: The members of this team visit orphanages, old age homes and other such organizations.

Team Structure:

There should be a minimum of nine members in each team. One Program Manager and eight members (two members for each sub team). PM co-ordinates the members and the activities.

Program Manager:

  • Co-ordinates with different team members and see to that the activities go on as planned
  • Arranges the venue 
  • Convenes the meetings
  • Sends the MOM to the group
  • Prepares the data to be sent to the Web site and Newsletter teams of the Core Committee

Team Members:

  • Participate actively in the team meetings
  • Be proactive and come up with suggestions
  • Select the tasks and complete them
  • Take responsibility and be in touch with the team always
  • Write down the tasks completed and their views/feelings/suggestions on the same.
  • Submit the write up to the Program Manager.
